At the heart of any coaching relationship is trust. In a series of one-to-one virtual meetings, I work with you to identify and focus on goals and overcome barriers to growth and change in your presentation skills. Between meetings, homework is assigned to help meet stated goals. The frequency of meetings and check-ins is determined by completing homework and scheduling. 
 
Sessions:
15 minutes based on mutually agreed upon time and date.
Scheduling occurs through Calendly based on availability.
Email and text are always available.
Sessions are on Zoom or phone as availability allows.
New sessions cannot be scheduled without completing the homework of the previous session.
